How does Capchase work?
Last updated: May 28, 2026
With Capchase financing, Capchase pays the vendor directly, so you do not need to make payments to the vendor yourself. Here is the process overview:
Complete the Capchase payment link – This establishes the financing agreement between you and Capchase. Here you will see your payment schedule, choose your payment method, and sign the agreements.
The vendor invoices you – You will receive an invoice from the vendor indicating that Capchase will make payment. This step is optional, depending on the Vendor.
Capchase pays the vendor – Capchase settles the invoice directly with the vendor on your behalf.
You repay Capchase in installments – You will receive invoices from Capchase according to your agreed payment schedule (e.g., monthly or quarterly).
Important notes:
You will receive a monthly invoice from Capchase 30 days before the payment due date.
After each payment is processed, you will receive a statement confirming the transaction has been completed.
Vendors should not expect direct payment from you; all payments are managed through Capchase.
If a vendor requests payment directly from you, please inform them that the transaction is financed by Capchase and advise them to contact Capchase support for payment status updates.
If you have any questions or concerns, please send us a message at support@capchase.com.
