What data does Capchase collect from Vendors?

During Vendor underwritings, Capchase collects business information, banking, financial, accounting, and subscription data for all customers. This allows Capchase to determine credit eligibility and to conduct compliance verification.

You will be asked to provide the following information during onboarding:

  • Applicant information, including first and last name, email, and phone number

  • The country where the business’s primary activities (including operating entity and bank accounts) are located

  • Company Legal Name, Address, and Tax ID

  • Banking Data via open banking partners, including Plaid, Teller, and Klarna

  • Accounting Data via 10+ accounting platform integrations, including QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Xero

  • Subscription Data via integrations with Stripe, Zuora, Chargebee, Recurly, and more
