Financial data sharing link for buyers
Last updated: May 15, 2026
Overview
In some cases, Capchase needs additional financial information about a buyer before a deal can be approved. Financial Sharing gives your buyer a simple, secure way to share these documents directly with Capchase.
This may be requested for larger deals or when limited credit history or financial information is available for the buyer.
Background
In the buyer qualification process, Capchase will look up various pieces of information across official databases to ensure companies have a strong risk profile and can comply with their obligations.
Sometimes the available information isn’t enough, and to approve a buyer, we may need more details about the buyer's financial health. In this case, the Capchase team will provide you with a secure link you can share with the buyer.
It can also happen that the information available about them is not enough to approve a higher order amount. If you want to unlock higher limits, you can request it directly from the App.
Once the buyer submits their data, our team will proceed with the qualification and get back to you with the results.
How It Works
Once the buyer clicks on the secure link shared by the Capchase team, they will be prompted to verify their account. This will send an authentication email, which will guide them through the steps below:
What Data To Provide
The buyer can upload one or more files of the following data:
Tax returns
Last 2 years of CPA audited financials
Bank statements
Other supporting documents
