Orders With Net Terms
Last updated: May 28, 2026
Net Terms are a financing option within Capchase that enables buyers to defer payment while vendors receive their funds immediately. When a transaction is processed, the vendor is paid upfront, and the buyer is granted a specified number of days—starting from the credit issuance date—to complete their payment.
If your company is eligible, you can set up the deferral terms directly when creating the order in the App. By default, you can choose net terms of 30, 60, and 90 days, or no net terms.

Eligibility for these extended terms is determined through a buyer risk assessment and qualification process, which may also consider the specific vendor involved in the transaction. If a buyer qualifies for extended Net Terms, a fee will apply based on the chosen term length.
If you don't see net terms available in the App, it might be that your company or your buyer's company is not eligible for the deferral terms.
If your buyer needs more time, extended terms of Net 120 are also available, but are subject to approval.
